The ESPER Program at ERAU is a seven-week summer scholar’s program for 25 Volusia County high school students.  ESPER provides students with the opportunity to enroll in several first-year engineering courses.  These courses provide students with the opportunity to learn more about engineering design, computer programming, and 3D modeling.  Additionally, students will learn how to apply physics and mathematics to solve engineering challenges.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn three to five semester credit hours from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and one weighted elective credit from their home high school.
