Guidelines to Parent-Teacher Communication

Due to the sometimes overwhelming need for parent contact, the DeLand High School Faculty and Administration have implemented a school-wide parent contact policy. 

With regards to academic progress, parents will have access to student grades once a week using weekly progress reports on Fridays or by accessing Engrade.com at their convenience. A list of teachers who use Engrade can be viewed below. If your child's teacher is not listed, please make use of the weekly progress reports.

If you would like to print a weekly progress report for your child to bring to school on Friday, please click here.  Please note that weekly progress reports can also be picked up in the guidance office Friday morning before first period begins.

When emailing teachers, expect a reply within a 24-48 hour window during regular school hours.  For a list of teacher email addresses please click here.
